Many viewers wished they could have stepped into Ted Danson's shoes in the fantastic film version of Gulliver's Travels. And for all aspiring giants, nirvana can be found at the beguiling town of Wimborne Minster. Wimborne's model town was built all the way back in the fifties, an earnest decade not normally associated with flights of fancy. The entire town has been lovingly recreated, completeplete with baker's, post office and parish church. And the good news is, unlike Gulliver, you won't then be shrunk to the height of a fairy or have to live on an island with talking horses.
